A 13.5% Buyer's Premium will be added to the final Sales Price. All applicable taxes will be assessed based on the sum of the sales price and buyer's premium.

1. Payment Policy
All payments must be completed by Thursday at 5 p.m. NO EXCEPTIONS! If you would like to pay cash you must call 276-530-1900 Thursday by 10 AM or email info@matthewsauctioneers.com.
2. Return Policy
All items are sold AS-IS. in-person inspection is highly recommended before bidding. This auction is for a living estate. The husband has passed and we have no knowledge of the condition other than what we can see.
3. Pickup Times
Thursday.......4-6 PM. Large items may be removed by appointment.
4. Additional Fees
All sales will be subject to a 13.5% buyer's premium. A 5.3% VA State sales tax will be charged on all applicable items.
