User Account Credits
Matthews Auctioneers is pleased to announce that we now have a User Account Credits system that will allow you to see how much credit you have to spend in real time. Using this sytem is simple and convenient. Follow these steps to see your current balance and use your credits as you want.
Please note that we will no longer be automatically applying credits. We charge the card on file after 10 AM the morning after the auction closes. If you want to use any credit you have please follow these steps or feel free to contact us.
1. Click on Account at the top of the page
2. Click on the invoice tab
Your credit balance will be displayed in the blue bar right below the tabs as seen in the photo.
3. Choose the Invoice You Want to Pay
4. Click the Pay Now Link
5. Choose Account Credit as the payment method
6. Select apply credit and you are finished.
