Terms:

1. All items are sold AS-IS. No return or warranty is offered.
2. Buyers must be able to load their merchandise. 
3. Items must be picked up by Appointment only on Tuesday From 12-7 & Wednesday from 9-7
4. Any item not removed by Wednesday at 7 PM will be forfeited with no refund given. 
5. All sales are final
6. A buyer's premium of 13.5% will be charged for all sales. 
7. Sales are subject to a VA Sales tax of 5.3% unless you submit a resale certificate before payment is made. 
8. Payment must be made by noon on Tuesday, March 5. Failure to make payment may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
9. This auction is a "client-managed" auction. Matthews Auctioneers will not have staff onsite to assist with loading. The seller will be there and may help as they are able. 
10. All items are located in Galax. The address will only be given to winning bidders after the auction.
