1. All items are sold AS-IS. No return or warranty is offered.
2. Buyers must be able to load their merchandise. 
3. Items must be picked up by Appointment only on Thursday, March 21 from 4-7 PM
4. Any item not removed by Thursday, March 21 at 7 PM will be forfeited with no refund given. 
5. All sales are final
6. A buyer's premium of 13.5% will be charged for all sales. 
7. Sales are subject to a VA Sales tax of 5.3% unless you submit a resale certificate before payment is made. 
8. Payment must be made by noon on Thursday, March 21. Failure to make payment may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
9. All items are located in Austibville VA. The address will only be given to winning bidders after the auction.
10. Buyers must bring assistance to load furniture and heavy items.
