Special Terms for this Auction

PLEASE READ!!!!!!

If you are buying the contents of a room, you must remove all merchandise that is not attached to or part of the house. We will have a dumpster onsite where unwanted items can go. We reserve the right to charge a $25 deposit which will be returned when the space is empty.
Pickup will be on Friday and Saturday by Appointment only. Times will be available Friday afternoon and Saturday morning. You must schedule a time to pick it up.
If you are buying large items please bring assistance to load. We cannot guarantee timely assistance with loading.

1. Payments

All payments are due 24 hours after the auction closes. =No payments accepted onsite. If you would like to pay cash you must go to our office in Galax at 299 E Virginia ST before picking up.

2. Return Policy

All items are sold AS-IS. No returns accepted.

3. Pickup Times & Transfers

Pickup will be on Friday and Saturday by Appointment only. Times will be available Friday afternoon and Saturday morning. You must schedule a time to pickup.

4. Additional Fees

All sales will be subject to a 13.5% buyer's premium. A 5.3% VA State sales tax will be charged on all applicable items.
